Yoga prepares the ground for meditation. It tills the soil of our being giving it oxygen. It breaks the hard crust and opens our being to its life – to life. In meditation we journey deep into our being. Sometimes we are unnerved by the depth of the unknown, and travel quickly back to the surface. Meditation takes courage. Remember, courage has its etymology in the latin cor – the heart. As we make this journey, materiality dissolves into vibration, vibration dissolves into stillness, and the sublime magnetic pull of the heart calls us home.
