Falling is useful. When we fall energetically, and can’t seem to get ourselves back up effortlessly, we surrender to the fall. On low ground we begin to listen to ourselves, and what we need. We had been neglecting, or dishonouring some part of ourselves. The fall is the time to check in and reestablish our connection to our centre. This is not done at the click of the fingers, but with slow, gentle, respectful steps, we turn towards ourselves.
