This hatha yoga class affords space for your own intuitive movement and can be adjusted to be more strong and dynamic, or more gentle and restorative, depending on how you are feeling and where you are in your practice. It is suitable for beginners to advanced students.
A common misconception is that in order to do yoga one needs to be ‘super flexible’. This is not the case. Be kind and gentle to your body and it will open in its own time and way. Yoga is designed to support, strengthen, soften and expand your body in the ways that it needs. So rather than trying to push your body to reach a perfect form, yoga should be tailored to suit how you need to be, at any moment in time. It is a journey of intimate, intuitive inquiry, rather than one of trying to reach a preconceived, ideal goal.
Regular yoga practice (at least once a week) is recommended, so that you can journey more deeply into your body and beyond, rather than taking one step forward then back, every so often.

$85 for 5 class pass, no expiry.
$160 for 10 class pass, no expiry.

For the Monday 8pm class please arrive just before 8pm as I am coming from another class. For all other classes feel free to arrive earlier if you would like to chat and settle into the space.
